Peatbogs are known for their mystery. A large marshy area full of deep pools and quagmires has many hazards and numerous people over the centuries have entered the area, never to leave. There are also stories of strange lights over the bogs and ancient bodies hidden under layers of moss, perfectly preserved by the acidic water.
We have joined forces with local storyteller, Jake Evans to re-tell some of the tales associated with peat bogs.
