Come along to visit us at Whixall Marina. It is a drop-in event, no booking required. Expect to learn about the Marches Mosses National Nature Reserve, and the resident birds. Take a close look at nests and take part in our nest-building challenge. We have a collection of replica eggs ranging from the world’s biggest egg to the smallest.

Please meet us at the site Café for 10:30 am. The event finishes at 2:00pm and you can leave with a fun factsheet to share with friends & family, as well as any chocolate eggs that might be in your nest. There are toilet and refreshment facilities available, and the Café is suitable for users with limited mobility or wheelchairs. Please dress appropriately for the weather, since we may be outside if the weather is dry and conditions are suitable. The event is free, but of course donations are always appreciated to cover material costs and support our work.
